Donald Bredberg
CEO

Donald Bredberg has helmed AEC since its first establishment as part of StoneCreek Partners (USA), and through its spin-off in 2013.

Prior to his current involvements, Donald directed the CityWalk and urban entertainment program for Universal Studios Recreation Group, and created and opened Seagram/Universal's country entry facility at Henderson Center in Beijing.
Before that he managed the hotels, recreation and real estate portfolio of Al Anwae and Al Tameer (Saudi Arabia). Earlier in his career, he directed corporate strategic financial planning for The Irvine Company (Newport Beach) and before that, among his consulting stints he provided strategic planning support to Disney's planning of the Marne-la-Vallée new town that includes Paris Disneyland. Anthony Ching
Managing Director, AEC China

Anthony Ching is Managing Director of AEC's activities in China, along with directing the activities of an affiliated venture between his advisory group and StoneCreek Partners (USA).

Prior to joining with AEC, Anthony formed AC Media Group and AC Consulting Group, supporting client strategic marketing and development activities throughout China and Hong Kong.

Before that for more than 20 years Anthony was involved in the advertising industry including responsibilities as senior executive of Grey Advertising for China, responsible for a wide range of client advertising and strategic marketing matters.

Anthony is a Hong Kong citizen, a graduate of the Business School at the University of Western Ontario, Canada.

Bruno Granja
Executive Vice President

Bruno Granja is Executive Vice President of AEC and partner-in-charge of the film industries business. Bruno leads the development of Adventure Studios Toulouse, a film studio anchored mixed-use project in Fontenilles. He is also a partner with StoneCreek Partners (USA) in an affiliated real estate development venture.

Prior to joining AEC, Bruno operated an architectural design practice which he established in 1999. His architectural practice supported banks, commercial developers, and public agencies. Over the same time period, he also acted as developer and manager of franchised stores for his family’s landscape, pool, and spa business, one of the largest such multi-store operators in France. Bruno is a French citizen, a graduate of the Toulouse School Architecture.

Nick Damon
Partner

Nick Damon is a highly regarded creative force in Hollywood (artist, filmmaker, screenwriter), building upon his father’s legacy (Henry Alvarez) in the special effects and horror genres.

Damon is also owner of Secret Origin Studios, and an at-large partner of AEC. He is a U.S. citizen.

Baxter Slaton
Managing Director, AEC Sub Saharan Africa

Baxter Slaton is AEC’s Managing Director for Sub-Saharan Africa, focused principally these days in Ghana and Nigeria. Baxter has secured AEC's first advisory assignments in the region, and is now working to confirm first AEC-licensed developments.

Prior to joining with AEC, Baxter was a senior executive with Silverbird Group, one of the leading media and property development companies in the Sub-Saharan region. For Silverbird Group, Mr. Slaton directed the Human Resources Group, the Silverbird Malls division, and overall Silverbird corporate business development, among other matters.

Baxter is a graduate of the University of Southern California, and TED event organizer.

Clement So
Director, AEC China

Mr. So has over 30 years of extensive experience in property development, equity raising, corporate advisory and project management in both China and the U.S. He moved his focus to the booming markets of China in late 1988 after his success in property development in the Bay Area including San Francisco. While he is a qualified civil engineer, Mr. So is also an effective strategic planner and has a well established network in Hong Kong, China and the U.S. SOK’s strategic partners have included Universal Studio Recreation Group, Walden Venture Capital, WI Harper Venture Capital Funds and is closely associated with Portman Holdings (China), Sun Hung Kai Properties, and Henderson Group H.K.

Joe Camarota
Partner, The Horror Company

Joseph Camarota, along with business partner and wife, Linda Camarota, operate Spectral Creations LLC, itself a venture partner with AEC in The Horror Company. The horror venture looks to take a role in the seasonal Halloween and horror activities so popular with U.S. consumers every Fall.

Joe has been particularly active in Atlantic City for more than two decades. As an executive with The Trump Organization and Merv Griffin’s Resorts International, he has project managed almost a billion dollars in new construction and renovations.
Spectral Creations LLC is a shareholder in AEC; and both Joe and Linda Camarota are U.S. citizens.

J.H. Bredberg
Advisor to AEC

John Haynes (J.H.) Bredberg is an outside business advisor and Chairman Emeritus to The Adventure Entertainment Cos. A licensed professional engineer by training, he pioneered the application of ``smart technologies`` to industrial machinery worldwide. Over the course of a four-decade career he acted as chief engineer, helmed strategic planning units, and consulted of such legendary industrial conglomerates as the Harnischfeger Corporation, Allen-Bradley Cos., and Alliis-Chalmers.

Experience with more than 280 facilities and projects worldwide.
