Urban Project Planner
Provides planning, design, and business feasibility support to to-be-built and redeveloped projects involving film studios, entertainment and recreation venues, office and flex-tech buildings, as well as other components of mixed- and multi-use projects. A background in sponsorship programs, soft programming, and special event planning for destination places, a plus. Knowledge of Chinese culture and business practices, and Chinese language skills, mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and/or Sustainable Development. Demonstrable high proficiency in: 1) design and video production using SketchUp; 2) design work in AutoCAD; 3) graphic design work using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with additional software experience a plus; 4) analytic presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; and 5) website development proficiency using WordPress with related social media proficiency. Familiarity with video/film editing tools, a plus.

Sometimes extensive travel required, particularly international. Valid passport required.
